RECOGNISING BRITAIN'S LEADING WOMEN
RECOGNISING BRITAIN'S LEADING WOMEN

Our Mission
Britain’s future is being shaped by a cohort of women: CEOs, founders, and philanthropists. Their leadership is bold, principled, and transformative.
Through our National Honours award evening at Lancaster House, Femina Britannia ensures Britain's leading women are seen, honoured, and remembered – bringing their achievements to the limelight, thus inspiring the next cohort of Britain's women.

Elevating Women
Portraiture has long recorded Britain’s history, but not its heroines. Through the unveiling of our recipients' official portraits, Femina Britannia restores women to the national frame, enshrining today’s most influential business leaders not as exceptions, but as examples.

2026 NATIONAL HONOURS
National Honours Evening
Hosted at Lancaster House in August 2026, the invite-only inaugural Femina Britannia National Honours will recognise the women reshaping British industry, selected as the leaders of their generation.
These are the figures defining the future of commerce, culture, and public life.
Official Portrait Unveiling
Each honouree's official portrait will be unveiled and formally inducted into the national frame.
Selections are made on the basis of three defining virtues: impact, character, and stewardship. These women are not exceptions: they are the new standard.
This is not a networking event. It is a cultural milestone.
PHILANTHROPY
The King's Trust: Women Supporting Women
Femina Britannia’s 2026 National Honours is proud to be recognised as an official third party event of The King’s Trust, His Majesty’s charity supporting young people to build better futures through education, employment and entrepreneurship (Registered Charity No. 1079675).
10% of all proceeds from the official portrait commissions of our honourees will support Women Supporting Women, a campaign within The King’s Trust that helps young women overcome adversity and transform their lives.
Established in 2018, Women Supporting Women empowers young women facing disadvantage to build confidence, access education or training, and step into employment or self-employment.
We are proud to contribute to this mission and to stand alongside The King’s Trust in nurturing the next generation of British women.
